Clinical Application Examples of Doctor LI Zhidao Who has Used Needling Moxibustion

介绍李志道教授所创的隔针灸的操作方法、验案及特色。此法将针刺与艾灸相结合,综合运用围刺、隔姜灸、悬起灸。临床常用于治疗顽固性面瘫、带状疱疹后遗神经痛、偏瘫痉挛状态等顽固性病证,并举例介绍。特色在于适应症广,扩大灸法范围;针灸并重,具有创新性;操作简单、安全、方便。

The operating method, clinical experiences and characteristics of needling moxibustion created by doctor LI Zhidao is introduced in this paper. This method, comprehensively exercising surround needling, ginger moxibustion and hang- up needling, combines the technique of acupuncture and moxibustion. Some clinical examples of this method in treating intracta- ble diseases such as refractory prosopoplegia, PHN and Hemiplegia spasm are demonstrated in this article. This creative method, which can be operated easily, safely and conveniently, has wide indication and expands the range of moxibustion.
