穴位注射治疗腰椎骨质增生症临床疗效观察

Curative Observation of Using Acupoint Injection to Treat Hyperosteogeny of Lumbar Vertebrae

目的:观察穴位注射与电针针刺治疗腰椎骨质增生症的临床疗效差异性。方法:将240例患者按分层随机法分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予穴位注射治疗,对照组给予电针治疗,每日1次,10次为1疗程,治疗2个疗程后统计疗效。结果:观察组治愈率为81.67%,对照组治愈率为65.85%,两组比较差异有显著性意义。结论:穴位注射疗法治疗腰椎骨质增生症比电针治疗疗效显著、操作简便,易推广应用。

Objective ： Observing the clinical difference of acupoint injection and aeusector acupuncture for the treatment of hyperosteogeny of lumbar vertebrae. Methods ： 240patients were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group ac- cording to stratified random method, the observation group was given acupuncture point injection in treating, the controlled group was given acusector acupuncture treatment, ltimes a day, 10times for lcourses of treatment, after 2courses of treatment of sta- tistical treatment. Results： In the observation group, the cure rate was 81.67%, the cure rate was 65.85% in the controlled group, there was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion： Acupoint injection therapy for the treatment of hy- perosteogeny of lumbar vertebrae than acupuncture therapeutic effect, simple operation, easy popularization and application.
