摘要
背景 病人××，女，10岁，学生。全身火烧伤后疤痕挛缩，需手术治疗而收住人院。此病人因反复多次手术，对手术充满恐惧。一进手术室就哭闹不止，无法给她做术前的准备工作。手术室护士在手术室门口接待病人时就要开始进行心理护理。
Background： A 10 year old female student was hospitalized for surgi- cal treatment on the scar formations after she suffered whole body burns. This little girl was so scared of operation after her multiple surgeries. It was a challenge to make preopera- tive preparations for her, because she couldn＇t stop crying once she got in the operating room. Operating room nurses began psychological nursing care as soon as the patient ar- rived at the door of the operation room.
