摘要 地下水水位管理是实现地下水双控(水量水位)管理的重要基础。根据地下水的资源供给、环境地质灾害预防、生态系统维系三方面的功能,提出基于功能保护的资源型控制水位、环境型控制水位、生态型控制水位的指标体系及量化方法,并针对地下水水位管理工作的开展提出相应的对策建议。 Management of groundwater level is the base for controlling quantity and stage of groundwater. Based on functions of groundwater namely resources supply, prevention of environmental and geological disasters and sustaining ecosystem, three types of indicator systems and quantifying methods of resources, environmental and ecological are proposed in order to make full play of its functions. Recommendations are given regarding on how to control groundwater level.
