摘要
文章以细胞光密度(OD680)和比生长速率为主要评价指标,对影响自养小球藻生长的主要因素进行优化。优化后的培养条件为接种液光密度为0.1,环境温度为30℃左右,pH为9.0-10.0,光照强度为4000-6000lx,通入CO2的体积分数为10%,该优化条件有效地提高了自养小球藻的生长速率,为后续小球藻固定CO2的研究提供了相关依据。
This study optimized the main factors that affect the growth of Chlorella sp. with the cell optical density(OD680) value and specific growth rate as evaluation index.The results showed that the optimal conditions for culturing Chlorella sp. were inoculation fluid optical density of 0.1,temperature of 30 ℃, pH of 9.0-10.0, illumination of 4 000-6 000 lx,volume fraction of inlet CO2was10%. Under these optimal conditions, the growth rate of Chlorella sp. was improved significantly.These results may provide a scientific basis for further study on fixation of CO2 by Chlorella sp.
