摘要 目的:探讨不同孕周、不同年龄孕妇血红蛋白水平的差异,分析孕妇的贫血基本情况。方法:将所调查的孕妇按年龄、孕期分组,对不同组间的血红蛋白(Hb)水平进行方差分析并对各孕周孕妇贫血情况进行卡方分析。结果:孕妇血红蛋白水平随着孕周的增加而降低,随年龄的增加先上升后降低;随着孕周的增加,贫血发病率逐渐增加。结论:孕妇血红蛋白含量随孕周的增加而降低,贫血患病率随孕周增加而升高,应加强妇女怀孕期间的营养,定期检测血红蛋白;<20岁和≥35岁的孕妇更需加强贫血监测。 Objective:To explore the pregnant women's hemoglobin level of different gestational weeks and different age, analyze the basic situation of pregnant women anemia. Methods:The survey of pregnant women according to age, pregnancy weeks ,among different groups of hemoglobin (Hb) levels were analyzed by variance analysis and chi square analysis of various gestational weeks pregnant woman anemia. Results:Hemoglobin levels in pregnant women decreased with increasing gestational age, increased with the age increased first and then decreased; with the increase of gestational age, anemia incidence increases. Conclusions:Pregnant women with gestational weeks increasing hemoglobin content decreased, the prevalence rate of anemia with gestational age increased, should strengthen the nutrition during pregnancy, regular detection of hemoglobin;〈 20 years old and over 35 years of the pregnant women need to strengthen the monitoring of pregnant women anemia.
