布地奈德联合特布他林治疗支气管哮喘的临床分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Bronchial Asthma Treatment Using Budesonide Combined with Terbutaline

目的：观察布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入对支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法：选择2012年7月至2014年7月就诊于我院呼吸内科的支气管哮喘患者67例为研究对象，按照随机分配原则将患者分为观察组34例，对照组33例，两组患者均给予支气管哮喘常规治疗，观察组再给予布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗，对照组仅单独采用布地奈德雾化吸入，两组患者治疗2周后对比疗效。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后呼吸困难、咳嗽、喘息、哮鸣音的症状消失时间与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后FEV1、FEV1%较对照组治疗后改善更明显，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘较单独用药的临床效果好，缓解症状时间短，肺功能改变明显，全身副作用小，值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline atomizationinhalation of clinical curative effect on bronchial asthma.Methods： Select 2012 July to 2014 July were hospitalized in the respiratory department of internal medicine in our hospital 67 cases of bronchial asthma patients as the research object,according to the randomized patients were divided into the observation group 34 cases,control group 33 cases,two patients were given conventional treatment of bronchial asthma,the observation group to give budesonide combined with terbutaline atomizationinhalation therapy,the control group only treated with nebulized budesonide inhalation suspension,the effect was compared after 2 weeks treatment in two groups.Results： After treatment,total effective rate of observation group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;difficultybreathing,cough, the patients in the observation group,asthmatic wheeze symptoms disappeared time compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the observation group after treatment,FEV1,FEV1% compared with the control group after treatment significantly improved,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Budesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation clinical effect than the single drug in the treatment of bronchial asthma,relieve the symptoms of short time, changes of pulmonary functionsignificantly,less side effect,is worth the clinical promotion.
