临床护理路径在病毒性肝炎患者中应用的效果观察

Observation on effect of application of clinical nursing path in patients with viral hepatitis

目的：探讨分析临床护理路径应用于病毒性肝炎患者的效果。方法：选取2011年1月至12月到本院进行诊治的150例病毒性肝炎患者，随机将其分为对照组（n=75）与研究组（n=75），对照组实施分级护理制度护理，研究组采用临床护理路径护理，观察比较两组患者健康知识掌握情况、护理满意度、住院时间以及医疗费用。结果：两组患者护理满意度、住院时间、健康知识掌握以及医疗费用对比差异明显，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在病毒性肝炎中应用临床护理路径实施护理，可强化患者对疾病有关知识的掌握，提高其护理满意度，缩短住院时间和减少医疗费用，值得应用和推广。

Objective： Analysis and Discussion on the application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with viral hepatitis effect. Method： 150 cases of virus hepatitis patients from 2011 January to December to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment, were randomly divided into control group （n=75） and study group （n=75）, the control group to implement the grading nursing system nursing, the research group using clinical nursing pathway were compared between the two groups, to observe the health knowledge, nursing satisfaction, the time of hospitalization and medical expenses. Results： Two groups of patients＇ satisfaction, hospitalization time, health knowledge and medical expenses contrast differences, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Application of clinical nursing path nursing in patients with viral hepatitis patients, can strengthen the mastery of relevant knowledge, improve the nursing satisfaction, shorten the time of hospitalization and reduce medical costs, and worthy of application and promotion.
