乳腺钼靶与MRI检查对炎性乳腺癌的诊断价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探究乳腺钼靶和MRI检查诊断炎性乳腺癌的临床价值。方法:由于本院没有乳腺钼钯X线机,选取笔者在华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院实习期间所搜集的30例炎性乳腺癌患者,并进行乳腺钼靶摄片和MRI检查,对比检查的效果。结果:对炎性乳腺癌患者进行乳腺钼靶和MRI检查综合准确率为93.33%,乳腺钼靶检查准确率为76.67%,使用MRI检查的准确率为83.33%,检查准确率高于任何一种检查效果,具有统计学意义。结论:在进行炎性乳腺炎诊断的时候,使用乳腺钼靶和MRI联合检查,比单一的诊断结果准确,在临床上有很高的准确率,值得应用。
