功能性消化不良患者血清胃促生长素水平与焦虑抑郁评分的相关性研究

Correlation of serum gastric ghrelin levels with anxiety and depression scores in patients with functional dyspepsia

目的探讨血清胃促生长素水平与焦虑抑郁评分在功能性消化不良患者中的相关性,为更好地治疗功能性消化不良患者提供依据。方法选取绍兴文理学院附属医院2013年12月—2014年7月门诊就诊的功能性消化不良患者128例为研究对象,并选择同期健康体检者70例作为对照,采用Elisa方法检测所有受试者空腹胃促生长素水平,并采用焦虑自测量表(SAS)和抑郁自测量表(SDS)对2组人群进行焦虑抑郁评分。结果功能性消化不良患者血清胃促生长素平均水平为(2.51±1.09)ng/ml,显著低于健康组的(3.97±1.73)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;功能性消化不良患者SAS和SDS评分均显著高于健康组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;血清胃促生长素水平与SAS和SDS评分均呈负相关,r=-0.71,P<0.05,r=-0.67,P<0.05。结论功能性消化不良患者胃促生长素水平显著低于正常健康受试者,且与焦虑、抑郁评分呈负相关。

Objective To study the relationship between functional dyspepsia gastric ghrelin levels and anxiety and de- pression scores. It could provide a better way to treat the functional dyspepsia. Methods 128 outpatients in my hospital from December 2013 to July 2014 with functional dyspepsia were selected as the research object, and 70 healthy subjects were used as control,the detection of fasting ghrelin levels of all the subjects was conducted by ELISA method, and the Anxiety Scale（SAS） and Depression Scale（ self testing SDS） were used to score anxiety and depression of the two groups. Results The average of serum gastric ghrelin in patients with functional dyspepsia was （2.51 ± 1.09） ng/ml,which was significantly lower than that of the healthy group（ 3.97 ±1.73 ） ml, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; SAS and SDS scores in patients with functional dyspepsia were significantly higher than those of the healthy group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05 ） ;serum ghrelin levels with SAS and SDS scores showed a negative correlation（ r=- 0.71, P 〈 0.05 ; r = - 0.67, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ghrelin levels in patients with functional dyspepsia were signifi- cantly lower than normal healthy subjects, and were negatively correlated with anxiety and depression scores.
