地茶咳喘露治疗慢性支气管炎150例

Clinical study on Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis in 150 Patients by Di - Cha - Ke - Chuan - liquid

目的 观察地茶咳喘露治疗慢性支气管炎（慢支）患者的临床疗效。方法 设立治疗、对照两组,治疗组150例用地茶咳喘露治疗,对照组60例用急支糖浆治疗,疗程均为3～5d用药前后记录患者临床症状,拍胸部X线片,测定免疫球蛋白（IgG、IgA、IgM）和 T细胞亚群（CD3、CD4、CD8）水平,并随访 0.5、1a。结果 治疗组临床总有效率达94％,胸部X线片改善总有效率为60.7％;对照组分别为80％、43.3％。停药后0.5、1a的临床总有效率,治疗组分别为92％、90.0％,对照组分别为80.0％、75.0％。总有效率治疗组均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 地茶咳喘露能止咳、平喘、消炎、化痰,调节免疫功能,对慢性支气管炎有明显的治疗作用。

Objective To watch the clinical effect of treating chronic bronchitis 150 patients by Di-Cha-Ke-Chuan-liquid (DCKCL) which belongs to pure Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) dose. Method Patients were randomly divided into two groups, 150 patients in the treated group were treated with DCKCL, 60 patients in the control group were treated with Ji -zhi -liquid. The time of treatment for both groups was 3-5 days. Clinical symptoms, X -ray chest film, level of immunoglobulin (IgG IgA、IgM) and T-cell subpopulation(CD3、CD4、CD8) were recorded before and after treatment, and follow -up were carried out 0. 5 -1 year later. Result The clinical total effective rate was 94% and the X -ray improvement rate was 60.7% in the treated group, while in the control group, 80% and 43.3% respectively. Half and one year follow -up studies showed the total effective rate in the treated group was 92% and 90. 0% respectively, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80. 0% and 75. 0% respectively) (P <0. 05). The improvement in level of IgG and CD8 in the treated group was also superior to those in the control group(P <0. 05). Conclusion DCKCL can cease cough、appease asthma、get ride of inflamination、eliminate phlegm、regulate the immune function, can treat chronic bronchitis very effectively.
