信访中的政治认同困境及治理对策研究

能够对政治体系的稳定性产生显著影响的政治认同主要包括政府认同,政治制度认同以及政治理念认同;信访者在政府认同问题上的中央与地方二元化倾向,在政治制度认同问题上"信访不信法"现象以及在政治理念上提出一种作为符号的"民主"口号等,恰恰反映了当代中国的信访者在政治认同问题上出现了很多困境;基于国家治理体系的视角,从治理理念、治理制度以及治理主体等方面进行变革,乃是重塑信访者政治认同的变革之道。
