首都民营经济转变发展方式的现状及思考

The Situation and Reflection of Private Enterprises Transformation and Upgrading in Beijing

近年来,首都民营企业数量不断增长、经济规模持续扩大、发展格局不断优化,在"稳增长、调结构、惠民生、促改革"方面发挥着不可替代的重要作用。但民营经济在转变发展方式过程中仍面临转型动力不足,扶持政策不完善,创新能力有待提升,获得融资、人才、土地方面存在困境以及企业经营管理落后的困难,需要政府、企业、社会组织三方共同努力,不断推动首都民营企业转型升级。

In recent years, the number of private enterprises in Beijing increased gradually, the scale of private economy expanded rapidly and the patterns developed reasonably. Private enterprises have played an irreplaceable role in economy steady development, adjusting the patterns, improving the pub- lic life standards and propelling economic reform. However, private economy still has some shortages in the process of transformation and upgrading, such as lack of transformation impetus, government policy and innovation ability, has difficulty in financing, attracting talents, land use and inner management of private enterprises. In the future, the government, private enterprises and social organization should make efforts together to enhance the development level of private economy in Beijing.
