关于师生关系影响因素的调查分析——以北京电子科技学院为例

Investigation and Analysis on the Relationship between Teachers and Influencing Factors——A Casestudy of Beijing Electronic Science and Technology Institute

研究我院师生关系影响因素具有重要的实践意义。本研究采用自编调查问卷分别对136名教师和462名学生进行调查分析。通过数据分析和访谈,本研究将我院师生关系影响因素主要归纳了学校、教师和学生三个方面共十个主要影响因素。

The paper adopts a self- designed questionnaire about 136 teachers and 462 investigated and analyzed. Through data analysis and interviews, this paper categorizes students were that the ele- ments of universities, teachers and students that can be further divided into ten factors are the main in- fluencing factors influencing the relationship between teachers and students in universities.
