早产和营养

摘要 营养对人体的健康有着深远影响,在妊娠期尤其如此。早产是重要、复杂而又常见的妊娠并发症,其发生常是多种因素共同作用的结果。本文从孕前体重及孕期体重增长、饮食模式、特殊食物、微量元素、益生菌等方面分析营养与早产的关系,为改善孕妇营养提供思路,以助于预防早产。
