摘要
目的 研究多效唑(PP333)对黄连产量,成品小檗碱含量的影响。方法 用150mg/L、300 mg/L、450mg/LPP333于黄连开花期进行叶面喷施,以喷水为对照,观察黄连叶片生长状况,测定叶绿素含量,测定黄连花、果生长量;统计黄连鲜、干产量;检测干成品小檗碱含量;分析投入产出效益。结果 发现300~450mg/L PP333于黄连花期进行叶面喷施,可以提高黄连叶的叶绿素含量16.2%~21.6%,抑制叶片生长;显著抑制黄连花器生长量28.2%~36.4%。减少结果数49.7%~80.4%,提高黄连根茎的鲜产量7.2%~14.5%,显著提高黄连根茎干产量31.6%~32.9%,并提高黄连干成品的小檗碱含量,提高黄连的生产效益,投入产出比达到1∶36。结论 PP33于黄连开花期进行叶面喷施,可以提高叶绿素含量,减少叶的生长量,增加养分积累,减少花果生长量,减少养分消耗;提高黄连鲜、干产量,改善其品质,对黄连生产、低耗高效。其中以300~450mg/L的PP333为最适浓度。
Objective To study the influence of PP333 on the output of Coptis chinensis and the content of Berberine. Methods PP333 150mg/L, 300mg/Land 450mg/L were sprayed on the leaves when it was in flower. The content of chlorophyl and the growth of Coptis chinensis leaves and fruits were determined; fresh and dry production were counted; the content of berberine in the dry product was tested and benefit of input and output was analysed. Results PP333 sprayed on the leaves of Coptis chinensis which was in flower could restrain the growth of leaves; increase the content of chiorophyl by 16.2% to 21.6%; prevent the growth of flowers by 28. 2% to 36.4%; cut down the quantity of fruits by 49. 7% to 80. 4%; improve the fresh production of Coptis chinensis root and sterm by 14. 5% and 7. 2% respectively and the dry production by 31. 6% and 32% while increase the content of Berberine and achieve better productive benefit to 1: 36. Conclusion PP333 450mg/L sprayed when Coptis is on flower can control it's leaf growth; increase chlorrphyl content; increase the accumulation of nutrients and decrease the growth of flowers and fruits. At the same time, it can increase Coptis chinensis' fresh and dry production and improve it's quality. This technique needs low input and has high benefit.
