侵袭性真菌感染分子诊断及病原谱的研究进展

Research advancements on molecular diagnosis and pathogen spectrum of invasive fungal infection

摘要 侵袭性真菌感染在近些年的发病率和病死率显著上升,对人类尤其是免疫功能低下患者的健康构成了重大威胁.能够尽早确诊、绘制侵袭性真菌感染病原谱是提高侵袭性真菌感染治愈率、降低病死率的关键.分子生物学技术的进步为侵袭性真菌感染的诊断提供了新的思路,与传统方法相比,分子诊断技术大大缩短了诊断所需时间,同时提高了敏感性和特异性,且操作简便、易于重复.本文对研究较多的分子诊断技术如聚合酶链反应技术、基因测序等以及侵袭性真菌感染病原谱调查进行综述. In recent years,morbidity and mortality of invasive fungal infections (IFI) has increased significantly,especially in immunodeficiency patients.Early diagnosis and making IFIpathogenic spectrum are the keys to guide the anti-fungal treatment and reduce the mortality.Advances in molecular biology techniques provide a new way for the diagnosis of IFI.Compared with the traditional technology,molecular diagnostic technology is rapid,high-sensitive and specific,and easy to operate and repeat.This paper reviews advancements on IFI molecular diagnostic technologies such as polymerase chain reaction,gene sequencing and IFI pathogen spectrum.
