智能全闭环通气呼吸机模式研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 机械通气作为重症医学重要的呼吸支持治疗手段,为患者提供通气支持和循环辅助。生理需求量在疾病各个阶段不断变化,在传统的呼吸机模式中并未动态调整相应的呼吸机参数。随着呼吸力学与工程学的多学科交叉发展,智能全闭环通气模式(Intellivent—ASV)在闭环控制通气的理念上进一步发展。本文就Intellivent—ASV在呼吸机模式中的发展、工作机制、临床应用、展望进行综述。 Mechanical ventilation is an important treatment in intensive care units(ICU)to support patientsr respiratory and circulation. Even these physiological changes in different stages of the disease,in the traditional mode of mechanical ventilation does not dynamically adjust the corresponding parameters. Multi-crossed development with the respiratory mechanics and engineering, intellivent-ASV is the evolution from closed-loop control ventilation. This review deals with development, mechanism, application of clinical in research on intellivent-ASV.
