Theoretical Innovation and Subject Construction of New Political Economics: Thinking Based on the Chinese Discourses of Marxist Productivity Theory

新政治经济学是马克思主义政治经济学的新形态。生产力理论是马克思主义政治经济学的基本原理。解放生产力和发展生产力理论的中国话语,是新政治经济学学科建设的历史起点,也是新政治经济学学科体系展开的逻辑起点。党的十八大以来,习近平系列重要讲话中关于生产力理论中国话语的新探索,从经济建设和生态文明建设的结合上提出了"发展生产力"和"保护生产力"关系的中国话语,在科学技术是第一生产力的基础上提出了"最大限度解放和激发科技作为第一生产力所蕴藏的巨大潜能"的中国话语,在推进新政治经济学学科建设过程中形成了"实现我国社会生产力水平总体跃升"、"经济发展的大逻辑"等标志性成果,提升了生产力理论中国话语的意蕴。

The new political economics is a new form of Marxist political economics. Productivity theory is the fundamental principle of Marxist political economics. The Chinese discourses of emancipating and developing productive forces could be the historical starting point of new political economics subject construction, and also the logical starting point of new political economics subject system development. Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC, the new explorations of Chinese discourses about the productivity theory in series of important speeches of Xi Jinping put forward the Chinese discourses of'improving productivity'and'protecting productivity'in the aspect of combination of economic construction and ecological civilization construction, the Chinese discourses of'fully emancipating and arousing the huge potential energy of science and technology' based on the statement of 'science and technology constitute the primary productive force', and the symbolic achievements such as'realizing the overall breakthrough development of the level of Chinese social productivity'and'the big logic of economic development' and so on in the process of promoting the subject construction of new political economics, which improves the implication of Chinese discourses of productivity theory.
