广州高职院校社会工作专业人才培养模式分析

Analysis on Training Mode of Social Work Professionist in Guangzhou Vocational Colleges

目前我国高职社会工作专业人才培养模式方面存在着诸多问题,如培养目标不明确、专业归属意识淡薄、校内实训太少以及专业师资欠缺等;为了建立科学合理的人才培养模式,高职院校必须明确专业培养目标、培养学生专业认同感、加强校内实训以及提高专业师资素养。

Currently ,there are many aspects of the problems in the vocational training model of social work profession ,for example ,unclear training objectives ,weak professional awareness ,few practical training and a lack of professional teachers ,etc .In order to establish a scientific and rational talent train‐ing mode ,vocational colleges must be clear training objectives ,cultivate students＆#39;professional identity , strengthen school training and improve the professional quality of teachers .
