摘要
采用先灰化、再用硝酸消解杏地咳喘宁胶囊样品,应用火焰原子吸收法测定杏地咳喘宁胶囊中的微量元素Fe、Mn的含量。结果表明Fe、Mn的含量分别为6.005,0.056 mg/g,回收率为102.08%,98.67%,RSD为1.987%,4.421%。火焰原子吸收法简单、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于杏地咳喘宁胶囊中微量元素的测定。
The sample of Xingdikechuanning Capsules powder processing with ashing terminology was digested by nitric acid, the method of Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry was used to determine the content of the trace dements, which were included Fe and Mn. The results showed that the contents of the Fe and Mn were 6. 005, 0. 056 mg/g, the recovery rates were 102.08 %, 98.67 %, and the relative standard deviations were 1. 987 %, 4.421% respectively. Flame atomic absorption spectrometry method was simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It could be used for simultaneous determination of 2 trace elements in Xingdi kechuanning Capsules.
