摘要
[目的]探讨叶菌唑含量的气相色谱分析方法,为叶菌唑分析方法的建立提供参考。[方法]以邻苯二甲酸正辛酯为内标,采用气相色谱仪测定叶菌唑含量。[结果]叶菌唑含量与峰面积成良好的线性关系,R2等于0.993 2;方法的平均回收率为98.59%,相对标准偏差为0.50%,符合农药分析要求。[结论]该方法可简明地分析出结果并且过程易操作,具有良好的灵敏度、回收率和重复性,可用于叶菌唑定量分析。
[Objective] GC analysis method for metconazole content was explored to provide reference for establishment of metconazole analysis method.[Method]The content of metconazole was determined by GC with n-octyl phthalate as internal standard.[Result]The linear relationship between metconazole content and peak area was good,and R2 was equal to 0.993 2.Average recovery of the method was 98.59%,and RSD was 0.5%,which met with the requirement of pesticides analysis.[Conclusion] This method had good sensitivity and recovery,so it can be used for quantitative analysis of metconazole.
