浙江省农业保险发展的制约因素及其优化路径

Analysis on the Constraints and Optimal Path of the Development of Agricultural Insurance in Zhejiang Province

在浙江省由传统农业向现代农业迈进的进程中,农业保险的作用不容忽视。该研究在分析浙江省农业保险发展环境及现状的基础上,从农业保险供给、需求和环境等方面分析了其发展中存在的问题,发现农户收入和农业保险政策是影响农业保险发展的重要因素,据此提出加大财政支持农业保险的力度、提高农户的保险意识、提升保险人的经营水平、完善相应配套环境等对策建议。

In the process from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture of Zhejiang,the role of agricultural insurance cannot be ignored.Based on the analysis of development environment and the present situation of agricultural insurance in Zhejiang,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of agricultural insurance from the aspects of supply,demand and environmental of agricultural insurance.It was found that household income and agricultural insurance policy are important factors to the development of agricultural insurance.On the basis of this,several suggestions were put forward,such as increasing financial support for agricultural insurance,improving farmers’ insurance consciousness and insurers’ management level,perfecting corresponding environment.
