基于公共设施布局的贫困地区乡村社区布点研究——以云南省沾益县菱角乡为例

Distribution of Rural Settlements Based on Public Facilities Service in Poor Areas: Take Lingjiao County,Zhanyi County,Yunnan Province as an Example

乡村公共设施是乡村的公共中心,是实现城乡统筹的重要环节。目前自发形成的农村村庄绝大部分缺少必要的公共设施配置。基于公共设施布局的贫困地区乡村社区布点,就是从乡村对公共设施的需求出发,依托乡村公共设施吸引周边散户集中,促进公共设施效率的提高和服务水平的提升,从而形成布局合理、规模适当、服务完善的现代乡村社区。

Rural public services is an important part of both urban and rural areas,which is the public heart of the country.At present,because of spontaneously,most rural settlements lack of public facilities and services.Starting from demands for public services in rural areas,this article attempts to centralize scattered countryman by modern settlements,complete with more comprehensive public service facilities.After that,settlements will become reasonable layout,appropriate scale,perfect services with improved public services level and efficiency.
