摘要
在总结我国科技体制改革和农业科技体制改革发展历程的基础上,利用统计数据对2011~2013年我国涉农企业取得的成绩及存在的问题进行了描述分析,并在此基础上提出构建＂以企业为核心＂的农业科技创新联盟模式来解决我国涉农企业在科技创新活动方面存在的不足。
On the basis of summarizing development course of science and technology system reform and the reform of agricultural science and technology,using statistics data,the achievements and existing problems during 2011-2013 were described and analyzed.It was put forward that building agricultural science and technology innovation alliance mode with enterprises as the core to solve the problem of agricultural enterprises in innovation of science and technology.
