膝关节线圈与头颈联合线圈对新生儿颅脑成像质量对比 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨使用膝关节正交发射接收线圈与头颈联合线圈对新生儿颅脑MRI成像质量对比。方法用GE Signa Excite 1.5T磁共振分别将60例新生儿进行颅脑MRI检查,分为A组(膝关节线圈)和B组(头颈联合线圈),每组各30人,所用序列均为OAx T1WI,OAx T2WI,Sag T1WI,Ax DWI,Ax T2*GRE。全部检查时间为8分14秒。评价图像信噪比、脑灰白质对比、病变组织的显示及伪影的影响程度。结果 A组患儿27例达到诊断要求,成功率为90%,B组21例达到诊断要求,成功率为70%;A组信噪比高于B组,伪影干扰低于B组。结论膝关节线圈对新生儿颅脑扫描图像质量优于头颈联合线圈。 Objective To evaluate infant brain MRI scan techniques of use the Quadknee or the 8 nvhead neck-a. Meth-ods Use the GE Signa Excite 1. 5T magnetic resonance respectively,60 cases of neonatal cranial MRI examination,were divided into A group(knee coil) and group B(head and neck joint coil),each group of 30 people,the adopted sequences were OAx T1WI, OAx T2WI,Sag T1WI,Ax DWI,Ax T2?GRE. Total time of examination was 8 minutes and 14 seconds. Effect evaluation of image SNR,contrast,brain gray matter lesions display and artifacts. Results In group A,27 cases of children with satisfy the requirement of diagnosis,the success rate was 90%,B group 21 cases satisfy the requirement of diagnosis,the success rate was 70%;A group of SNR is higher than B group,shadow interference is lower than B group. Conclusion The combined coil knee coil on neonatal brain scan image quality is better than that of head and neck. coils
