颈椎管狭窄症45例后路开门减压围术期的护理

45 Cases of Cervical Stenosis Disease Open Posterior Decompression of Preoperative Care

目的：探讨颈椎管狭窄症患者的围术期的护理方法。方法对45例颈椎管狭窄症的患者做好术前心理护理、体位适应训练、呼吸功能训练；术后体位护理、呼吸道护理、引流管护理、病情观察、康复训练指导。结果本组随访6个月~24个月,Frankel C级1例,术后肢体功能明显改善；D级36例恢复至E级,均未发生严重并发症。结论对颈椎管狭窄行后路开门减压手术的患者,加强围术期护理,可有效预防并发症发生,促进术后功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the preoperative nursing methods in patients with cervical spinal stenosis. Methods 45 cases of cervical stenosis patients preoperative psychological nursing, postural adaptation training, respiratory function train-ing;postoperative posture nursing, respiratory tract nursing, nursing of drainage tube, observation, rehabilitation training and guidance. Results The patients were followed up for 6 months to 24 months, 1 cases of Frankel grade C, limb function were im-proved after surgery;36 cases of grade D recovered to grade E, there were no serious complications. Conclusion The cervical ca-nal stenosis treated by posterior decompression operation patients, preoperative care, can prevent the occurrence of complications, promote the function recovery after operation.
