赛肤润预防术后患者难免压疮的疗效观察

The Rapeutic Effect of Sanyrene Liquid Dressing on Prevention of Inevitable Pressure Sore in Patient after Opertation

目的观察赛肤润液体敷料对术后患者难免压疮的预防效果。方法对76例术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组40例,给与赛肤润涂擦受压部位;对照组36例,给予常规护理措施。结果观察组难免压疮的发生率远远低于对照组。结论赛肤润液体敷料能够有效预防术后患者难免压疮的发生,使预防压疮操作变得更安全简便。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of sanyrene liquid dressing on prevention of inevitable pressure sore in patient after operation. Methods A total of 76 patients after operation were randomly divided into observational group and control group. 40 patients in observational group used sanyrene liquid dressing to spread the pressure area while 36 patients in control group used traditional method. Results Incidence of inevitable pressure sore was significantly lower in observational group than in control group. Conclusion Sanyrene liquid dressing can effectively prevent inevitable pressure sore in patient after opera-tion,the operation is simply safety and conveniently.
