在"十二五"规划的收官之年,我国对经济发展作出了重大战略判断,即我国经济进入发展的新常态阶段,经济发展出现新的特征、规律和要求。建筑业作为国民经济的支柱产业,在目前的发展形势下要努力适应新常态,主动作为。分析、总结了山西建筑业的发展特征、趋势和存在的问题,提出了发展的主要思路和对策,以期为山西省建筑业的发展提供一些借鉴和参考。
