摘要
在建筑工程管理中,存在一些问题,比如工作人员认识不到位、相关法律制度不完善、工程质量管理不达标等。面对这些问题,要不断分析问题出现的原因,逐步完善管理制度,进而有效地解决建筑工程管理中存在的问题,进一步提高建筑工程的管理质量和水平。
In the construction project management, there are some problems, such as the staff does not know the place;the relevant legal system is imperfect, quality management and other non-compliance. Faced with these problems, we must continue to analyze the cause of the problem, and gradually improve the management system, thus effectively solve construction problems in project management, to further improve the quality and level of management of construction projects.
