关于建筑工程政府质量监督管理的思考

Thoughts on the Construction Engineering Quality Supervision and Management of Government

从2001年开始,我国的各级政府成为工程质量的监督管理主体,然而,在实际的监督管理过程中,也存在着许多亟待解决的问题。基于此,提出了建筑工程政府质量监督管理的主要内容,分析了目前建筑工程政府质量监督管理存在的主要问题,然后在此基础上对提高建筑工程政府质量监督管理质量的措施进行了探讨和研究。

Since 2001, governments at all levels to become the main project quality supervision and management, however, in the actual process of supervision and management, there are many problems to be solved. This paper presents the main elements of government quality supervision and management of construction projects, and analyzes the main problems of Construction Engineering Quality Supervision and Management of the government, and then on the basis of government measures to improve the quality of construction engineering quality supervision and management were discussed and research.
