近年来,国家加大了对吕梁山片区区域发展和扶贫攻坚的支持力度,一大批低等级公路改造项目应运而生。结合近两三年扶贫项目的工作实践,分析了兴县乡道河儿上至肖家洼段公路改造工程的前期、外业阶段和业设计阶段路线平纵方面的设计。
