摘要
分析了在大型工业化循环流化床(circulating fluidized bed,CFB)锅炉全热态数值模拟中传统方法的缺陷以及计算颗粒流体力学(computational particle fluid dynamics,CPFD)方法的优势,介绍了CPFD方法的基本原理和控制方程。将CPFD方法应用于CFB锅炉磨损、气固非均相燃烧反应过程的数值模拟中,应用效果表明该方法的模拟精度和计算效率高。
This paper analyzes defects of traditional methods for numerical simulation on overall thermal state of large-scale industrial circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler and advantages of computational particle fluid dynamics(CPFD)method. It introduces basic principles and control equation of CPFD method. CPFD method was applied in numerical simulation on CFB boiler wearing and gas-solid heterogeneous combustion reaction process. Application effects indicate that simulation precision and calculation efficiency of this method is high.
