发动机配气机构动力学仿真分析及试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 配气机构是发动机结构中最复杂的系统之一,承受着强烈的机械振动、冲击及热负荷,其设计合理与否直接关系到发动机的动力性、经济性、可靠性及NVH性能。本文以某增压发动机配气机构为研究对象,从动力学角度对其进行研究。研究过程中,应用配气机构专业分析软件AVL-EXCITE Timing Drive,建立配气机构动力学模型进行仿真计算,并将计算结果和测试结果进行对比,验证计算模型的准确性。 The valve train as one of the most complicated systems in an engine, is subjected to serious mechanical vibration, shock and thermal load. Therefore, whether the valve train is properly designed or not, it has a direct impact on engine power performance, fuel economy, reliability, as well as NVH performance. In this paper, the valve train of a particular turbocharged engine is taken as an example to carry out the research in terms of dynamics, in which the software AVL - EXCITE Timing Drive is employed to construct a dynamic model of valve train to accomplish simulation calculation. Furthermore, the calculated results and test results are compared to validate the accuracy of calculation model.
