摘要
目的检测CD133在人涎腺腺样囊性癌组织中的表达水平,探讨其表达水平与腺样囊性癌生物学行为的关系。方法收集人涎腺腺样囊性癌石蜡标本25例,人口腔鳞状细胞癌石蜡标本23例为阳性对照组,腮腺正常组织标本11例为阴性对照组,免疫组化方法检测3组样本中CD133的表达水平,结合临床数据分析CD133的表达与腺样囊性癌发病及生物学行为之间的关系。结果 CD133在人涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达较正常腮腺组织明显增高,在口腔鳞状细胞癌中没有表达,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CD133的高表达可能与人涎腺腺样囊性癌的发生、发展有一定关系。
Objective To investigate the expression of CD133 in human adenoid cystic carcinoma,and explore the potential role and mechanism of CD133 in the progress of adenoid cystic carcinoma. Methods Twenty-five paraffin cases of human adenoid cystic carcinoma tissues and 23 cases of human oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues and 11 fresh cases of normal salivary gland tissue were collected,and CD133 expression level in these three groups were detected using immunohistochemistry,then the relationship between CD133 expression and various clinical parameters was analyzed. Results An obvious higher CD133 protein expression in salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma was detected while it was not found in oral squamous cell carcinoma,and its expression level was related to tumor proliferation and differentia-tion. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion CD133 may play an important role in the generation and development of human salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma.
