摘要
本文介绍了缺氧/复氧模型建立的基本方法并简述了几种常用建模细胞的缺氧特性。参阅国内外学者建模的研究,分析了缺氧复氧模型优劣与适用选择原则。据此为实验室选择建模方法提出更多参考思路。
This article describes the basic establishment methods of hypoxia/reoxygenation models and outlines the characteristics of several types of common modeling cells.According to studies abroad,the advantages,disadvantages and selection principles of hypoxia/reoxygenation models are analyzed to provide references for laboratory choice of modeling methods.
