摘要
以醉金香葡萄为试材,研究赤霉素(GA3)和吡效隆(CPPU)不同处理浓度和时期对醉金香无核化和品质的影响。结果表明:盛花期以赤霉素20 mg/L和吡效隆2.5 mg/L浸花序,15天后再以赤霉素25 mg/L和吡效隆2.5 mg/L浸果穗的处理效果好。经此处理,穗形整齐美观,穗质量470 g;果粒呈球形,粒质量8.19g,无核率100%,大小均匀,色泽金黄;可溶性固形物质量分数达17.9%。
Effect of different concentration of gibberellin (GA3 )and forchlorfenuron (CPPU)at different period on seedlessness and berry quality of "Zuijinxiang"grape was studied.The results showed that,applied a concentration of GA3 20 mg/L plus CPPU 2.5 mg/L dipping inflorescence when bloom,then applied GA3 25 mg/L plus CPPU 2.5 mg/L dipping ear after 15 days was an effective method.Through this treatment,ear weight reached to 470 g with a neat ap-pearance,berry was global with weight of 8.19 g,berry was completely seedless and had the same size with golden skin, and total soluble solids content reached to 17.9%.
