油橄榄萌条扦插技术研究

Study on the cutting of olives' sprout

以54年生油橄榄萌条为扦插材料,以IBA、根旺、蔗糖为生根处理剂,各配制3种浓度,采用3因素3水平L9(34)正交设计,并以自来水处理作为空白对照。对油橄榄进行扦插试验。结果表明:54年生油橄榄树干萌条扦插生根率可高达99.5%。IBA、根旺、蔗糖对生根率影响大小排序为根旺>IBA>蔗糖;对平均根数影响的大小依次为根旺>蔗糖>IBA;对平均根长影响的大小顺序为IBA>根旺>蔗糖;对根系效果指数的影响大小为IBA>蔗糖>根旺。生根率、平均根数、平均根长和根系效果指数在处理间的差异均达极显著水平。IBA、根旺、蔗糖的最佳处理浓度分别为41.500 0 mg/L、0.502 6%、1.176 4%。

The cutting rooting ability was studied using the orthogonality (IBA,Gen Wang,sucrose)for the sprout that from Olive of 54 years old as the materials.The orthogonality experiment with three factors and three levels showed that the rooting ratio reached 99.5%.The influence of IBA,Gen Wang and sucrose on rooting rate decreased in the order of Gen Wang >IBA >sucrose,on average root numbers in the order of Gen Wang >sucrose >IBA,on average root length in the order of IBA >Gen Wang >sucrose,on root effect index in the order of IBA > sucrose > Gen Wang.There were very significant differences in the rooting rate,average root numbers,average root length and root effect index among different treatments.The results of regression analysis showed that the best concentrations of IBA,Gen Wang and sucrose were 41.500 0 mg/L,0.502 6% and 1.176 4%.
