经过1年多广泛讨论和意见征集,英国教育部于2013年9月正式颁布了新修订的英语国家课程框架,2014年秋季学期在英国境内所有公立小学1年级开始实施。本文分析了英国新修订的英语国家课程框架的背景、总体特征和各领域的具体特点,以期对我国语文课程标准的修订有所启示。

After more than one year＇ s extensive discussions and opinion solicitation, the Department for Education of UK promulgated the newly Revised National Curriculum Framework formally in the September of 2013, which are being implemented in Grade 1 for the maintained schools from the autumn semester of 2014 across the UK. The paper analyzes the background, general characteristics and specific features of various fields in the part ＇Language and literacy＇ of the newly Revised National Curriculum Framework of England. It offers some reference and revelation to the revision of our Chinese curriculum standard.
