摘要
以真姬菇为试材,采用固体平板菌落十字相交法,研究了KH2PO4、MgSO4、ZnSO4·7H2O、FeSO4·7H2O 4种矿质元素对真姬菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:ZnSO4·7H2O浓度高于0.2g/L对菌丝生长具有明显的抑制作用;KH2PO4适宜的浓度为1.5~3.0g/L;MgSO4的浓度小于1.5g/L,高于7.5g/L时,对真姬菇菌丝生长具有明显的抑制作用;FeSO4·7H2O对真姬菇菌丝生长作用不明显,但大于0.8g/L时,具有抑制作用,且随着浓度的增加,抑制作用明显。适宜真姬菇菌丝生长的矿质元素的最优组合为0.25g/L ZnSO4·7H2O、0.25g/L FeSO4·7H2O、1.5g/L MgSO4、1.0g/L KH2PO4。
Taking Hypsizygus marmoreus as material,the effect of four kinds of mineral elements such as KH2PO4,MgSO4,ZnSO4·7H2O,FeSO4·7H2O on Hypsizygus marmoreus mycelial growth were determined by solid plate colony cross the intersection.The results showed that the mycelial growth was obviously inhibited when the ZnSO4·7H2O concentrations were greater than 0.2g/L;the appropriate concentrations of KH2PO4 were between 1.5-3.0g/L;the appropriate concentrations of MgSO4 were less than 1.5g/L or higher than 7.5g/L,and the Hypsizygus marmoreus growth were significantly inhibited;there were not obvious effect of FeSO4·7H2O on Hypsizygus marmoreus growth,but the Hypsizygus marmoreus mycelial growth were inhibited when the FeSO4·7H2O concentrations were greater than 0.8g/L,and the inhibition was more and more significant with the increased concentration.At last,the optimal combination of of mineral elements suitated Hypsizygus marmoreus mycelial growth was 0.25g/L ZnSO4·7H2O,0.25g/L FeSO4·7H2O,1.5g/L MgSO4,1.0g/L KH2PO4.
