摘要
加热罩是一种通过内含耐材、电阻带的封闭式壳体,是将马弗包裹在内并对带钢进行加热的马弗炉设备。为方便安装和维护,采用上、下罩分离,螺栓连接板形式连接,然后上、下罩整个焊接,通过上罩法兰盘螺栓连接后悬挂。假设加热罩(含耐材)在安装或者焊缝不牢固引起断裂,从而造成上下罩脱离。运用理论计算和有限元计算,以假想下罩脱离连接时,对上、下罩之间连接板受力状况和螺栓的强度进行分析,以保证施工安装引发类似事故时做好安全防范。
Heating cover is a enclosed shell equipment to heat the strip steel which included refractory and resistor. In order to fix and maintain it,we separate the upper and bottom cover by bolt and connecting plate,then we weld all of them and hang it by flange plate of upper cover. This thesis assumes weld break when fitting or insecure welding to separate bottom cover from upper cover. This thesis using theoretical arithmetic and FEA methods to analyze the connecting plate and bolt strength by assuming the upper-bottom covers separation in order to avoid construction and erection malfunction and safeguard.
