学校与家庭责任角色的衔接——崇左市江州区城区三所小学住校生心理调查分析

摘要 通过问卷调查的形式,了解小学住校生在住校学习和生活过程中的基本心理倾向。调查结果表明,充分了解这些小学住校生的心理和情绪,是做好这小学住校生工作的前提;进一步完善学校的软硬件,提升服务水平,是做好小学住校生工作的基础;继续加强家校联系,加强对住校生工作的管理监督,实现学校与家庭责任角色的无缝、有效衔接,是做好小学住校生工作的有力保证。 Through a questionnaire, it is to understand the basic psychological tendencies of primary resident students in the process of living and learning at boarding schools. Survey results show that fully understanding their psychology and emotions is the premise of well doing this work; further improvement of the school's hardware and software and service levels is the basis of this work; strengthening the contact between homes and schools, strengthening the management and supervision of boarding work, and achieving the seamless and effective convergence between school and family responsibilities, are the guarantee of well doin~ this boardin~ work.
