红外单光子探测器定标方法研究 被引量:1

CALIBRATION METHOD STUDY FOR INFRARED SINGLE-PHOTON DETECTORS

摘要 紫外激光器输出的355 nm激光泵浦BBO晶体,采用晶体的I类相位匹配,利用晶体的角度调谐特性得到的红外波段光源应用于单光子探测器定标,提出了利用参量下转换产生的纠缠光子对定标SPCM单光子探测器量子效率的方法,介绍了实验原理和定标装置。 355 nm UV laser output laser pumping BBO crystal, using I phase matching crystal, infrared light source utilizing crystal angle tuning characteristics are applied to the single-photon detector calibration. We propose the use of parametric down conversion produce entangled photons calibrate SPCM quantum efficiency of the method. We also introduce the principle and experiment of calibration device.
