随着电网建设速度的加快,电网公司资产总额不断增大,加强和提升电网实物资产管理水平是电网企业发展的必然需求。以实现资产全寿命周期内安全、效能、成本等综合最优为目标,通过集成现有PMS、ERP等业务系统中电网实物资产的价值、技术、状态等信息,开展电网实物资产分析评价,全面描绘各类资产墙,分析设备缺陷高发期,合理有效预测未来技改资金规模需求及运维工作量变化,提前预判公司未来可能面临的投资压力和各类风险,为公司未来投资、运维、处置策略提出科学建议。
With the accelerated development of grid construction, the total assets of power grid companies have been increasing; strengthening and improving power grid physical asset management has become an inevitable demand for the development of power grid enterprises. In order to achieve the safety within asset life cycle, efficacy, cost-effectiveness and comprehensive optimal results, the information regarding the value, techniques and status of power grid physical assets in existing PMS, ERP and other business systems were collected to carry out the analysis and evaluation of power grid physical assets, elaborate various types of assets, analyze the defects and high-incidence season of equipment, make reasonable and effective prediction of future requirements for technological renovation funds and changes of operation and maintenance workload, predict the investment pressure and various risks that may challenge the company in advance, and provide scientific advices for the company's future investment, operation, maintenance and treatment strategies.
