摘要
"双肩挑"模式在高职院校比较普遍,而对"双肩挑"中层管理干部的绩效评价是高职院校相对薄弱的一个环节。因"双肩挑"的双重角色,对高职院校"双肩挑"中层管理干部的绩效考核,要综合对行政管理干部和教师两种身份的考核要求,科学地设置关键考核指标和权重,建立合理的绩效考核指标体系。
"Double shoulder task" mode is quite common in higher vocational colleges, but it is weak in evaluating the performance of "double shoulder task" middle management cadre. Because of their double roles, performance evaluation should consider the evaluation requirement of both administrative cad^e and teacher, scientifically set up key performance index and weight, thus the reasonable performance appraisal index system is established.
