摘要
为应对施工企业面对多项目时资源受限、风险管理压力增大的现实情况,本文提出施工企业在企业战略的高度上采取项目组合管理,降低总风险并实现企业收益最大化。为有效推进施工企业项目组合的风险管理,选择ISM解释结构模型技术,建立风险管理指标体系。并且,本文根据各层次的风险要素,提供针对性的风险管理思路和方向,为进一步深入研究施工企业项目组合的风险管理系统性、科学性和有效性打下坚实基础。
In order to deal with the reality of limited project resources, improved risk management of the multi-project of construction enterprises, this paper puts forward that construction enterprises should take the project portfolio management in the view of enterprise strategic to reduce the total risk and reach the maximization of enterprises earnings. In order to effectively promote the risk management of project portfolio of construction enterprises, the ISM interpretation structure model technology is chosen to build the risk management index system. At the same time, according to the risk factors of different levels, this paper puts forward the specific risk management thinking and direction to lay a solid foundation for the further in-depth study of risk management systematic, scientific and effectiveness of the project portfolio of construction enterprises.
