On the Talent Support System of the Independent Innovation Ability of Software Enterprise in Maanshan

创新驱动成为我国经济发展新常态下的新引擎,其中创新型企业在建设创新型国家进程中发挥着重要的基础作用。创新型企业建立的自主创新机制是企业竞争优势的主要来源,而人才是自主创新活动的主要承担者,尤其是作为人才密集型的软件企业,人才体系的建设直接影响企业自主创新活动的绩效。因此,本文以马鞍山市为研究对象,探讨如何建立人才支撑体系以增强软件企业的自主创新能力。

Innovation driven becomes the new engine for China＇s economic development under the new normal, innovative enterprises play an important basic role in the process of building an innovative country. The independent innovation system of innovative enterprises is the main source of enterprise competitive advantage. Talent is the main undertaker of independent innovation activities, as the talent intensive enterprise, the talents system construction of software enterprise directly affects the performance of the enterprise independent innovation activities. So, this paper takes Maanshan as the research object to discuss how to establish talent support system to enhance the independent innovation ability of software enterprise.
