产esp和hyl基因肠球菌与尿路局部免疫关系探讨

摘要 目的探讨产esp和hyl基因的肠球菌与尿液局部免疫的关系。方法使用VITEK-2全自动细菌分析仪鉴定出粪肠球菌131株,屎肠球菌105株,绵子糖肠球菌2株,墩鸡肠球菌3株,铅黄肠球菌和浅黄肠球菌各1株。采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增法检测是否含有esp和hyl基因;沉淀离心法检测尿液中白细胞含量;免疫比浊法测定免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)含量。结果 (1)粪肠球菌检测出esp、hyl为73株和61株,同时检测出两种基因的菌株有33株;屎肠球菌测出esp、hyl为55株和51株,同时检测出两种基因的菌株有30株。(2)尿液中白细胞含量为中等量时肠球菌感染最为多见,在白细胞少于104/L时,肠球菌感染组与未感染组差异有统计学意义。(3)在Ig A含量高时,esp、hyl基因与Ig A含量差异有统计学意义。结论肠球菌是否含有esp、hyl基因与尿路局部免疫功能具有重要关系。
