结膜筋膜瓣覆盖术改善萎缩眼球美观性的临床应用观察

目的：探讨结膜筋膜瓣覆盖术改善眼部美观性的方法和效果。方法对2010年3月—2014年5月在我院眼科住院治疗的眼球萎缩患者13例，采用结膜筋膜瓣覆盖萎缩眼球的角膜，改善萎缩眼球的形态及饱满度，术后1个月左右配戴薄型义眼，随访6个月～1年，观察治疗效果。结果13例患者采用结膜筋膜瓣覆盖术覆盖萎缩眼球的角膜，术后配戴薄型义眼，面部美观程度都得到明显改善，取得了良好的效果。结论萎缩眼球采用结膜筋膜瓣覆盖角膜，术后配戴薄型义眼，能使面部美观得到明显改善。

ObjectiveTo investigate atrophy eyeball wearing thin artificial eyes,improve the method and effect of the eye is beautiful.MethodsIn 2010 March to 2014 May in our hospital department of ophthalmology hospital treatment of 13 patients with atrophy of eyeball,conjunctiva and fascia flap covering the cornea of the eye atrophy, improve the eye shape and fullness,in about 1 months after operation to wear thin artificial eyes,followed up for 6 months to 1 years,to observe the curative effect of.Results13 patients with conjunctiva and fascia flap covering cover shrank the cornea of the eye,postoperative wear thin artificial eyes,facial appearance has been relatively satisfactory improvement,achieved good results.ConclusionsAtrophy eyeballs with conjunctiva and fascia flap covering cornea, postoperative wear thin eye,can make facial improved.
