分析社会水循环对于水资源开发利用及研究导向有重要意义。基于社会水循环研究现状,探讨了自然水循环与社会水循环之间的相互关系,剖析了社会水循环的内涵,从自然水循环和社会水循环相互作用的角度,充实了社会水循环理论研究;从最严格水资源管理制度出发,分析了其与社会水循环各子系统间的联系,并提出了符合现实需求的社会水循环结构框架;浅析了社会水循环调控方面的关键问题,为深入开展社会水循环调控研究提供了理论基础。

Analysis of hydrosocial cycle research has an important significance of water resources development and u- tilization and its research orientation. Based on the research status of hydrosocial cycle, this paper discusses the relation- ship between nature water cycle and hydrosocial cycle and analyzes the connotation of hydrosocial cycle. The theory of hydrosocial cycle is enriched from the perspective of interaction between two water cycles. According to the connection between the most strict water resource management system and the various subsystems of hydrosocial cycle, it puts for- ward the structure frame of hydrosocial cycle for meeting the realistic demand. Finally, the key problems of hydrosocial cycle regulation are analyzed. So, it provides theoretical basis for further study of hydrosocial cycle regulation.
